It works, but there's not much and it's very bare-bones.
This feels more like a proof of concept then anything, but either way please do keep working and improving!

Not bad.
The controls are fairly simple to use, the only real problem I see is the lack of sound.

Not bad!
Game is a bit buggy and things tend to just randomly stop working at random intervals, but overall pretty good! Not to mention the great pixel art.

[The Dark - A Platformer (BETA)]

Wow, for a platformer in scratch this is pretty well! It shows off rather unique mechanics and controls very well!

I would suggest having WASD as an option to move as well.
I would also recommend using music made by yourself or someone else for the game.
Also, the graphics could use a bit of sprucing up.

Over all though, I'm excited to see the full thing!
